About the Rooms

All our rooms at ScubaAddicts Dive Centre & Lodge have 100% ocean views from the room and the private balcony, overlooking miles of sandy beaches, the Indian Ocean and the Aliwal Shoal.

Rooms are available as single occupancy [1 x king size bed], twin occupancy [2 x single beds] & double occupancy [1 x king size bed].

Aliwal Shoal Dive Centre

Our on site dive centre means no daily transfers between your accommodation and the dive centre, wake-up, roll out of bed and go scuba diving at the Aliwal Shoal in South Africa! The dive centre has a large kit-up area, rinse tanks, hot showers & gear storage.

Swimming Pool

Our swimming pool area is perfect for you to relax after the days scuba diving at the Aliwal Shoal. We have a shallow seated pool where you can enjoy a drink and a deeper pool to relax in. For the sun seekers, there are many sun loungers around the pools.

Chill-out Area

Our chill-out area is perfect to enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy a drink, a good book or even an afternoon snooze in the ocean breeze!

Beach Access

Our dive lodge over-looks the Indian Ocean, Aliwal Shoal and miles of sandy beaches. Enjoy an afternoon walk along the beach, explore the rock pools or just relax on the beach.

BBQ Area [known as Braai]

Our BBQs [known locally as a braai], provides many nights of entertainment. Braai's are a big part of South African culture, nothing beats a good steak with a couple of drinks to end a great day!

Transfers & Transport

Transport is always available at the lodge for transfers to the airport, local shops, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, curio shops or any other places as required. We also offer daily excursions to many places of interest.

Lounge Area

Our lounge area overlooks the ocean and is ideal for relaxing, chatting to other divers about the days shark, wreck & reef diving at the Aliwal Shoal in South Africa.

Local Excursions

We offer half-day & full-day excursions, ideal for the afternoons after the diving, non-diving partners or if the weather prevents us from diving. These can be booked when you are here, we can take care of the transfers.

We offer a number of different scuba diving packages at our dive centres in both South Africa & Mozambique.

All our scuba diving packages are all fully guided by our ScubaAddicts team.

From the moment you arrive we are your hosts, guides and dive guides for the duration of you stay with us.
